These are the guidelines that all of our Web Design packages follow. The following explains in further detail how we do our work and what steps must be taken before materials are submitted.

A single page consists of:

• Letter size 8.5”x11” page.
• Size 12 single spaced font.
• Top and bottom page margins set to 1” and sides to 1.25” (default word settings)
• Additional pages may be purchased at a rate of $139.99 per page.

Website Content:

• Must be provided in an electronic word document (Filename.doc) formatted exactly as you would like it displayed on your site. Your Web Designer does not write or rewrite content. (Extra charges apply for content generation, content editing and/or the conversion from printed material to electronic format.)
• Up to 5 fully edited images will be allowed per page of text. (Extra charges apply for image editing.)

Website Maintenance:

• Covers 2 hours per month at the set price.
• Supply new content via email for updates on your site. (Additional hours may be purchased at our going hourly rate.)

Payment:

• A deposit of half (½) the quoted price (payable in US funds) is required for your Web Design Team member to start your project.
• Final half (½) payment is required after completion but before website launch and search engine submission.
